If there is a problem with your order, please contact us! If you have received a wrong or damaged product, you will be eligible for return and refund.

Any claim is to be made within 48 hours of delivery. Settlement of money / replacement of product to the respective account will take 4 to 5 business days.

All returned books and merchandise must be in its original packing.
