Featured in the Asia Book of Records Dr. Pradeep V Philip, a bank officer through merit and focus rose up to become director of the IPS (Indian Police Service). He has written more proverbs than any other individual in history with his book “Maximum Maxims.” These maxims are three decades of his life learnings, written and compiled over the past ten years. He calls these statements ‘ Fillipisms’. He founded the organization now known as “Friends of Police” to utilize human resources in support of police orders. He introduced “Eqthinking” or “Equilibrium thinking” innovations that sought to transform the human mind. He was recognized with the prestigious Queens Award for Innovation in Police Training and Development, 2002; Citation for Outstanding Contribution to Community Policing at the National Police Academy; British Gurukul Scholarship for Excellence and Leadership; seven Alpha Distinguished Citizens Award, and the Rotary Vocation Excellence Award. Another one of his many distinctive projects was “The Uni-verse,” a book that explores the living word applied to life in order for readers to obtain an inside look at God’s Word.
